PAROA - Your Partner in Property Management
Proudly serving the greater Portland Metro Area and Multnomah, Washington, & Clackamas Counties.
PAROA, a local chapter of the Oregon Rental Housing Association, helps members become better property managers through educational seminars and up-to-date legal forms conforming to Oregon Law.
Through our monthly meetings, newsletter, Landlord Help Line, and educational seminars; our members share problems, solutions, and ideas with other landlords to ultimately help all of us become better and more profitable landlords.
Our educational seminars are available to members and all real estate licensees for continuing education credits. In addition to educating our members on the current laws in Oregon we are lobbying on the state and local levels to help protect our members’ best interest when new laws are written.
PAROA Portland's mission is to provide members with tools to support their commitment to professional property management. We believe that “doing things right” increases long-term profitability and minimizes headaches and expenses associated with problem tenants. We are committed to providing resources and information to achieve this goal.
